Fees: An IFS session is 50 minutes at £65.

How to begin sessions: I offer a free half hour phone call to get a sense of how sessions will feel together.
I keep 'normal' office hours and only have occasional evening availability due to charity work.
If you are a parent or carer getting in touch on behalf of a young person, no problem at all. With their permission, get in touch and we can go from there.
